Huawei’s Honor 8 smartphone coming to U.S

Honor 8 is not a new phone. It launched in China earlier this year, but the interesting news is that this smartphone is coming to the US. One of the first eye-catching thing in this phone is Glass back. 15 different manufacturing processes were employed to create the unique light refraction.

Other notable specs are
- Dual Camera 12 Megapixel camera, one capture the colored image and the other one capture the monochrome image, that is supposed to be more crisp and detailed. The final image is made by merging these tow images. The camera this way takes better photos. There is something unique about Camera app since this isn't something you'll get on every Honor phone. There are 17 different modes to shoot, different manual controls. So it's pretty cool camera app
- Fingerprint sensor is supper fast and moreover, you can actually program it to open certain apps.
- 5.2 inch 1080p display 423 ppi
- 3000 mAh battery
- 4 GB of RAM
- 32/64 GB of storage and can be expandable through sd-card
- More notably is that it's the first Honor phone to come to the u.s. and is being shipped with Huawei's own processor (HiSilicon Kirin 950) and ships running android Marshmallow but should be upgradable to Nougat.

The Honor 8 will ship in the US with three colors pearl white, midnight black, and safer blue.
It goes on sale for pre-orders on august 17th and companies that ship by the end of the month is selling unlocked. The exact price is yet to announce.
